We really like the general direction of where you're going with both logo's.
Some critiques:
#24 - can we try a different font that is less "playful" Also, can we experiment with different graphical icons? The icon looks cool, but we feel it doesn't mean anything to our name.
#23 - We like this type treatment and is close to what we want. We also like the "G" arrow combo. Can we see some variations on this idea and also some font variations? Overall it looks nice and clean but we feel it might be missing something.

Dear Contest Holder,
I have re-posted the entry #24 with a different font. I hope you like it. The idea of the arrows was intended to represent the act of "leading".
As soon as possible I will post some new concepts similar to entry #23. I really hope to come up with something that suits you!
