better color. can you make the sun and the tagline the same color? Maybe darker gold for both? Needs to show up when printed in B&W

Can we try a different color blue and a different color than orange on the tagline? I like the concept

Can you make "Leadership" and "Colorado" on two different lines? Also path not so wide. And more than one peak in the mountains so it looks like 2 or 3 peaks. Sun "setting" vs. a halo. No flags on font---more powerful, solid

I like concept but re-read my description. I want the arrow to look more like a "path" on the mountain. Don't like the reverse text on the tagline. Maybe same color as sun but darker?
