just saw your comment. i got it. the thing about the circus is that it is about people and relationships and not data. how about some softer lines, a touch of magic? Something that conveys a safe place for Human Transformation. in other words, when you leave the circus you are not the same person that went it. Something special happens inside.
the hat doesn't carry enough symbolic meaning for me. i like the sparks flying. can you do another tent, one without bar graph, but perhaps with two peaks or something different?
