LeadCraftingLogo Design Contest

I like this because it's clean and it looks a little different from the regular bar charts which are popular right now in logo designs. I want the logo to help me tell my story to prospects. I want them to look at the logo and be able to guess what LeadCrafting is about. Thanks.

What about designing a letters "LC" into the circle instead of bar charts?
