Thank you so much for your designs! I wanted to share with you that the feedback we've gotten from our test groups is that they tend to prefer the logos with the silhouettes (although not when the girls look TOO sexy) and the prefer the words "Lead Like a Girl" to LLG. Also, the word "Like" being in pink was confusing to people. They tend to prefer logos with the words "Lead" & "Girl" emphasized.
I liked the look of #52 and #45 and wanted to let you know we are heading more in the direction of using the silhouettes if you were interested in submitting any other designs.

Wow...these logos are a whole new world with the silhouette you created. My test audience LOVES her stance!!! Love the pink hints on her! #85 is a huge hit!
Can you play around with the words a bit and make 'Lead' the primary word? Right now 'Like' is the biggest & most noticble and the project is more about 'Lead' & 'Girl'...make sense?
We LOVE your new stuff! People are seriously obsessed with the dots. So much fun! And the words look more like we had envisioned them...thanks for fixing that up!
Our only concern is what happens when we have to print this design in one color, on reversed fields, etc. There is a lot of color detail in the dots and on the girl. Our current 1st place designer has given us multiple versions of the design in 1st place so we can see it in a number of formats. We intend to use the logo online, in print, & on merchandise. Could you possibly do one-color, black & white, and reversed versions of #122 so we could get an idea of how that would look?
Overall, I would say your design has caused more of a stir...just want to see how it looks in other variations.

This is the logo with the 3 colors: black, gray and pink (instead of 4 colors because i didnt use the other pink) (notice that i change the shoes to pink!)
Thanks! I appreciate you getting the new versions out so quickly! #134, #135, #136, #138 make sense to me. Not sure about #139...being so pink is too much (which sounds crazy since our current 1st rank is ALL pink!). I'm still curious to see how it would look on a black background as we are wanting to print on black t-shirts & hats. Can I see that?

Can we see the girl & words from #122 in a few different ways? Maybe the words straight across without the dots. Also, just the dots & words with the words in a striaght line and dots above & below (Like #126 but with the words not so stacked).
