I don't really get high-end, professional guitar store from the logo. I'd rather see imagery that represents the instrument or something that makes you think of guitar in some way.

I think I preferred your original entry to these, but just placing different fonts within a pick shape isn't anything I needed to hire out for. I'd like to see a creative use of guitar imagery. Thanks
I added a few notes in the contest description that may be helpful. I prefer your first design over this one, but we feel it needs a font the doesn't scroll as much as these do. I appreciate your talent. Cheers
The more I see guitar shapes being used in the logo design, the more I think a Les Paul shape makes more sense. The store is planned for Nashville, home of Gibson where they're made. The strat shape is a great go-to as well, but maybe not the best in our specific concept. Also, we're looking to draw a diverse group of musicians with some big-ticket items. I feel that the font doesn't convey a professional, upscale environment properly
This really stands out visually. It's strong, but I'd like to see some exploration of the idea. Maybe looking at some legendary band logos might lend a few font ideas? Not in a way where I want to plagiarize, but I think maybe a little bolder. I'm not quite sure, but you're onto something.
