glad that you are back. Sorry for the delay in response, i cannot online for days. Here is some variation i have prepared.

Sorry, nothing went wrong. We just weren't getting the kinds of designs we were hoping for. I think that many of the designers aren't familiar with the guitar, as a lot of designs didn't make much sense. We've revised the description and added some visuals to help clarify any confusion. I like the design you are working on. Please don't be discouraged. We just had way too little to bring the design process to an end.

You're definitely onto a cool idea. I'm not sure the orange is the right color? I personally like it, but I'm not sure it's right for a logo. The pick shape could use a little refinement. The edges of a pick are slightly more rounded. I don't care for the font or the distance between the logo and name. I think a little more impact with the name. Without knowing exactly what looks right, other than describing the feeling I want to invoke, I was hoping for a font that a band might use. Bold, legible, symmetrical, with just enough of a flair to make it uniquely theirs. Nirvana, kiss, Pearl Jam, etc etc ai

- rotating and slightly tweak the previous pictogram to make the letter "L" and "G" more legible in this entry.

- introducing slab typeface as primary font, pairing with sans serif as the slogan, intended to match the characteristic of the letter "L" and "G" from the pictogram.

Cool, but I'd rather focus a logo around an electric guitar shape, if there has to be one.

I see what you're going for, and I think that it's clever, however it doesn't translate as an L and G just yet. I'd work on the font on the business name as well.
