Hi,
Is there any meaning for using the 3 leaves in three colors?
Can you try changing the Font color of LEAD FIELD into lighter & brighter green?
Also try to take away the shadow underneath the logo.

Blue color with healthy, organic and green color with orange color of the spirit of friendship, by using a circle divided into 3 as symbol of environmentally friendly
