Hi, a bit puzzeld, do you want the word LEAD aligned to Capital Management on the left side (D aligned to t), and keep the logo (orange L) on the left side ?

Wondering if you want to see another concept, it comes in "sparks" to me, I'm far away from analytical thinking :), however the L concept is quite dead end, I mean that there are not too many changes that can be performed.
