I tried to keep it simple with a thin font resembling power cords and the lines around the top of the 'L' symbolise a spark and also resemble the cross.
I like the simplicity of your logo (#12) but if possible, can you add some dimension to it? For instance, on some other entries, there are gloss effects and drop shadows, and also artwork associated along with the name. If you can incorporate those few ideas into your work, I'm sure our staff will be more energized by it!
