Entry # 9 is really interesting. Try centering the person with a full outline of the back of a suit.
Entry # 8: Add a tie and dress shirt instead of a t-shirt.
Entry #10: I like how you thought out of the box on this! Different is really good.
Love the lettering. Try to incorporate a suit outline while maintaining that style.

Entry #15 is awesome, I'd love to see it with the mans back totally facing the logo, so just the hair and suit outline. No face

Let me also toss 3 options at you:

I really something like this, without the gun of course. Include hair, no facial expressions.

If you can do hands crossed in front (not seen) would be great. But draw it as a silhouette, as in
Entry #15.


And try to add something entry #10. The concept is so different it works.
