I have submitted some revisions with the text lighter plus versions on a dark background.
As far as the icons are concerned, there are very specific rules in Logotournament. The winning file is only the main logo that you receive in ai, eps, pdf, png, svg

As designers we are not allowed to make any deal with the contest holder while the contest is still open to maintain fairness. After the end of the contest you can discuss with the winner about extra files you may need. Please not that this stands for any designer and not just myself.

will you be available to work on the web page etc?

Will for the icon only 16, 32, 64 and 80 pixels be available to us?

Also if it needed to be inverted for a dark screen mode, how do you envisage that?

the colour of the font is too dark. can you grey scale it a little
