Can you change the font in the circle so it is easier to read? It is hard to tell it is MR.

...this works out well I want to increase the size of "Trail Attorneys" and the addition of LLP made it easier to fit the adjusted size. This is solid design. The layout is fresh, clean approachable with out loosing the authoritative feel.
