JOHN MAZZELLA and traffic light are combined like the shape of a gavel in subtle

I don't fancy this design, but I do like the road marker motif. How about, on the left, an overhanging traffic light (3 discs, with the bottom illuminated green), and Law Office of [top line], John Mazzella [[bottom]. Each line has 12 or 13 spaces. Maybe the 3 O's are illuminated green as well?
