Could you resubmit #18 with the only change of making the golf ball look more real (black and white - dimples) over the "I" in Laughing.

Thanks

No problem making golf ball look more real - see #31

My new favorite is #35 (at least top 3). I still need to review with my partners. #35 looks amazing!

Can you do a #35 but with the swing line behind the letters.

Thanks!

#41 has the swing behind the text.

Nice job on #41, appreciate the quick turnaround

One more tweak: use #41 but just whiten up the golf ball more. Want to see a golf ball that is not as dark and more true to white (the typical color of a golf ball) while still having some dimples (dark spots). Note: No other changes need to be made. Just the golf ball.

Tweaks are no problem. I lighten the golf ball - see #45.

Entry #75 has the swing behind the text. Thank you!

Merge #45 and #75 in terms of the font size. Also, use the golf ball from #45 but make this golf ball look more realistic (whiter and dimples). Once this is done, we would like to see some combination of colors: GREEN, RED, ROYAL BLUE, ORANGE and YELLOW (swoosh and CADDIE).

Thank you in advance!

Steve, we love what you did with this Logo redesign and all of the color combos. As a result of looking at all of these logo color combinations, we have one last change. Update the golf ball to match the color of the smile and the word Caddie. Leave the black or dark grey border (thin line) around the ball and fill everything within the border with the logo color.

Thank you. This logo looks amazing!

No problem tweaking design. I changed the golf ball color to match the orange rated design. See #245. Thanks. Steve

Steve,

#245 was not what we wanted. Use #238 design. This relates to the golf ball only. Keep a very thin lined circle for the golf ball (very thin). Then fill the golf ball in with the same color as the rest of the logo. After a few discussion within our team we are with you on what you did with the golf ball in #18. Just keep the golf ball the same size as #238 with the dark grey very thin line border but fill the golf ball in with the logo color. The original concept from #18 makes sense to us (using a golf ball with color). It took all of the redesigned logos to reach this conclusion as the consistent white golf ball just doesn't do it for is any more. Also, one of the guys on our team calls the golf ball the "death star." I have been thinking about this and sometimes when you have a killer logo (via a computer image) it doesn't translate well to a polo shirt, or baseball cap, etc. We know the consumer will appreciate that the colored image is a golf ball conceptually. We still like the larger size of the golf ball in #238 as it is a counterbalance of color to what is below Laughing (neutral).

Outside of possibly adjusting the golf ball size, we are all very happy with what you have done to your original concept to arrive at #238. Which just need the larger golf ball in #238 to reflect using a colored golf ball (like #18), but still using the larger golf ball.

Thank you for all of your hard work!

On a side note, I like what you did with the Iceberg logo.

Thanks for getting those updates in. The last ones you submitted matched what I was thinking. You are pretty much done. As I mentioned before, the only change that we would make with what you have done is the size of the golf ball. We will worry about that a later time.

Since you have a very strong background in Graphic Design, and I understand that you are not a lawyer, I wanted your opinion on your very own logo. Do you see any potential conflicts with the golf swing motion that looks like a "swoosh" in your design and the swoosh that NIKE has a trademark on?

In your training to get coached as how to differentiate your logo design enough to avoid trademark infringement of another logo? I would be curious if you kept the NIKE swoosh logo in mind and made enough changes to avoid a conflict with NIKE's logo design?

I understand your "swoosh" comments and can assure you as a design professional the smiling swing is in no way a resemblance of the Nike swoosh - my design is a take on the "standard" swing design (arc like); while the Nike swoosh has a straight line "bottom" - no circular motion. Your 2nd ranked design has a flatter bottom than my design - and the 1st rated design looks like a golf club. That's my take. :-)

P.S. As you know, our designs are created using the best vector software out there - meaning, you have the option to re-size anything without losing anything. Best of luck!!! Steve
