I created a Pinterest Board with different looks of cityscapes. - https://www.pinterest.com/milkochua/building-drawings/ Let me know if you can access the link above or not. 9 years ago lastone commented on #35 Withdrawn It's hit or miss with this 1 like the style of it however the cityscape to perpendicular and boxy looking, the 1st one the building doesn't quite look right to me. Sorry I know im Being critical, just not grabbing me like I expected 9 years ago mplusc commented on #35 Withdrawn Here is a new design with a gritty edge. Hope you like it! 9 years ago mplusc commented on #34 Withdrawn do you want the cityscape to be more simple or more complicated like with shadows and highlights? 9 years ago lastone commented on #34 Withdrawn Sorry I'm not really feeling this city or the font, just looks to over crowded, city's not what I'm picturing, was hoping for a totally different feel and look on the city. 9 years ago mplusc commented on #17 Withdrawn no problem, i will explore some more fonts for you. Please see#33 for the new skyline. 9 years ago lastone commented on #17 Withdrawn I'm really on the fence on my font, would like to see my options, and some different style of creativity. i just up loaded a rooftop picture for you to see pf the 1st nation bank building. 9 years ago mplusc commented on #30 Withdrawn Hello lastone, don't worry, i will only buy the license if it chosen in the end. The product photography i do is cosmetic products for ads. I am also a big fan of film photography called Lomography. 9 years ago lastone commented on #30 Withdrawn Oh please don't go spending you're money, just in case it's something I do not want, cause I'm truly not sold on this font, still want to tackle some other designs 9 years ago lastone commented on #30 Withdrawn Well thank you for understanding where I'm coming from. What is production photography? Sorry I'm only 2 years in and I'm still learning day by day. 9 years ago mplusc commented on #30 Withdrawn The creator of this Streamster font has replied to my inquiry and any amount of donation is welcomed to get a commercial license for his font. I will take care of this and send you the license in case we end up with this design in the end. 9 years ago mplusc commented on #30 Withdrawn I totally understand your passion since i am also a photographer but my love is landscape photography and i also do product photography on the side. I am a fan of black and white urban photography! 9 years ago lastone commented on #16 Withdrawn Well if we've got to pay, then I guess it's pay to play, cause my font says alot about my style to me, not just that plan Jane feel to it That why I recommended something in the mawns font or the graffiti style but still legible cause that says alot about me and my work 9 years ago lastone commented on #30 Withdrawn Nice, well I'm definitely a St Paul native so I love that cityscape, and the part that sets it aside from the rest it the 1st national Bank building with the red #1 on top of it, now if that could incorporate some how with LastOne, I And I'm definitely not trying to be rude in any manner or demanding, I just want the artists/designer to know I'm grimy and gutter, love the streets, be still love that rose that grows though concrete so I want my logo to slap you with urban gutter, but still have that passion about it, that pulls you're eyes in. Sorry I'm just really passionate about my work 9 years ago mplusc commented on #30 Withdrawn Yes we can definitely use your city. Do you have any preferred landmarks to be included? I honestly dont see any feminine feel to the the overall design because of the sharp ends of each letters and the lack of swirly elements common to script fonts. 9 years ago lastone commented on #30 Withdrawn I do like your direction, not gonna lie. Ok so I'm thinking here. Do you know if we can use the specific cities? Cause I was thinking a silhouette of my city in the back ground instead of the for front. Also I liked when you used the Photography to complete the circle, and please give me you're honestly opinion I feel when I step back and look it has that appeal but I still feel like I see a feminine side to it, how do you feel? 9 years ago mplusc commented on #17 Withdrawn thanks for posting the photos, they look stunning. May i know if you want a graffiti style font? 9 years ago mplusc commented on #30 Withdrawn i am still contacting the creator of this font for the exact price of a commercial license. Right now, it only says it requires a donation to use it. The amount is usually up to us to decide. I can shoulder the donation fee for this one for you. 9 years ago mplusc commented on #16 Withdrawn Hello Lastone, unfortunately, this font Yaquote script has an expensive commercial license as well. Around $59. I am telling you because i want to be honest and ethical. Although this font can be downloaded for free in dafont.com, it says it is Free for Personal Use only. In reality, almost all fonts have a price tag when we are using it commercially. Even the fonts installed in our computer that's bundled with Mac OSX or Windows OS. I am just being honest with you and trying to avoid any trouble in the future in case someone reacts to your use of this font. 9 years ago mplusc commented on #30 Withdrawn This is the revised design from #25. The font i used is called Streamster. 9 years ago mplusc commented on #24 Withdrawn i completely understand. 9 years ago lastone commented on #17 Withdrawn Photos posted 9 years ago lastone commented on #24 Withdrawn All of those fonts have a price on them. I'm paying for this design, I shouldn't have to pay more for a font when that's payoff the design 9 years ago lastone commented on #24 Withdrawn This is part of a commercial license, that's what the design is for if I'm correct 9 years ago lastone commented on #25 Withdrawn This one's pretty dope, I like the style however let me see what it looks like with Photography in black the windows of the building in orange and can you replace that pointy building in the middle with a more square or perpendicular building 9 years ago mplusc commented on #26 Withdrawn This font is called Mawns Handwriting. Not sure if this is what you were referring to. 9 years ago mplusc commented on #24 Withdrawn Let me know if this font is closer to what your vision. If you have time, please check out this website with some cool fonts. http://www.aringtypeface.com/categories/handwriting/ Just a reminder though that a commercial license is required to use these fonts. 9 years ago mplusc commented on #17 Withdrawn Hi there, i don't see any photo posted on the brief. Can you check and reupload? 9 years ago lastone commented on #21 Withdrawn Not at all, do not like that font, looks like LaStone instead of LastOne 9 years ago lastone commented on #16 Withdrawn I like the style on this 1, however it still has that commercial look and feel to it, I'm by far from that. Love that idea I had on the removable background for my urban/street photos to my family or model shots. 9 years ago lastone commented on #17 Withdrawn It's not bad, wouldn't be my 1st of choice, I like mawns fonts, like lyric movement especially when it comes to script, like the one referenced in my photo I posted....just give it a unique look yet still urban. 9 years ago mplusc commented on #17 Withdrawn are you ok with the font i used for LastOne? 9 years ago lastone commented on #17 Withdrawn I really like your style from the start, would like to see some more creative designs with a little bit more urban feel from you 9 years ago
