Lamniformes ABLogo Design Contest

i missed this one (#48); i think it was because of the contrast - so i did not have the ability to see the actual design - can you revise this logo to emphasise it a little? i can see it being added to text for the company name and/or slogan. i think a point is that if you faxed this logo, how would it look? i think it would be a black blob.

Here is what I would provide as a black and white version for maximum clarity on fax sheets, etc.

understood with updated version (#123) - what about using the company name and/or slogan? how could they be used (ideally, i would like to use logo + text + banner - and, turn any of them off depending on the usage)
