Like all of your designs not sure about the crescent moon with the dot over it. The cross with the mortar and pestle looks great the way it was fit into the design

Actually the crescent moon with the dot was supposed to portray an abstract figure of a man that hugs logo, in order to underline "caring", but maybe it was too abstract so I'll drop it.

I would like to ask if it's Okay to use "40 years" instead of "40th anniversary".
