#112: I think I have finalized the layout to best convey everything: the 1 with the three stars represents it being your first triathlon (and the 3 stars are for each of the 3 portions of the race). Also, the badge part could easily stand on its own, if you dropped the upper words, as an icon for shirts/apparel/advertising.
