Could all text be in the do green?

What if the yellow was turned to the forest green in this design

note the flow of uncle sams version, labyrinth has a continuous flow from beginning to end. possible to do this with the tiny arrows (compass) and also with the pathway that is unified from start to finish in the middle (per Uncle Sam example). Leadership group line in yellow may fade, could try in the same blue as other text

Like that this has a compass feel, the logo is not a labyrinth per se (continuous path from start to finish) but it does communicate a journey with twists and turns. May need a darker accent color than the gold, maybe a complimentary green or purple?

Could you try this with green where there is now gold
