This is my new favorite. Still liked the old slogan format where the "M" started under the "K"

Hello. Thanks for the variation. I do think the color on the balloons and details on the hat look more elegant. You have totally captured the party piece. I think the color black does look elegant but somehow I feel solid black with the color hats and balloons does not match -- it is too big a difference. Your blue version looks best of all. To make it look right I don't think it could all be black like it is. Also, the black is very clear but the slogan is harder to read. I am not a designer so I don't know what to suggest. Your design has so much potential and is very close but just doesn't feel right. Thank you for changes.

Also please don't change the party items as they are great as you have them...

I am not sure how to make it more sophisticated as what you have looks nice....I like the font...maybe a similar just slightly more sophisticated one.

This logo really conveys the party aspect. I like all of the addons - streamer, hat, balloons, stars. I'm wondering how to make it appear just a touch (but not much) more sophisticated but keep the great party theme you have created
