Updated with first names and some new entries as well. They are bold and broad enough to see from a distance on signage

Can you get the ones with the black background a more goldish color? they look yellowish, thank you
we are starting to re rank the logos and these should be moving up

I feel the balance is hampered by the amount of white space left open between the houses and the wordmark.
The first names force a weird balance with the larger first letter and empty space. It also seems a bit busy, being that logos need to be cleaner and simple.

I think I have solved that problem here.
This brings a tighter better more uniform fit to the entire logo overall: #53 | #54 | #55

I withdrew my #42 the font styling was too close to Jesicastudio. Out of my integrity of the process I removed it. I have replaced it with #55. I feel it is more balanced anyway. Thank you for understanding.

#65 | #66 | #67 | #68
This is a more functional layout than my previous entries as it is less rectangular and fits a sign better.

#69 can double as a social media icon which is essential in todays marketing environment,

Please explain social media icon...where or what would our uses be with that?

Could you darken our first names and tagline on #67?
Thank you

Could you darken our first names and tagline on 66?

Social media icon being your logo mage that shows on Facebook or Twitter for instance. It has to fit in to a square or circle area as opposed to a rectangle.

For many businesses today, this is the first impression. More people shop for service on those then ever before. I get more traffic on my social media then my actual web site.

Well, could you make 65,66,and 67 work that way also...we like the round one but it feels like snow covered mountains ....yes we do live in Michigan and its fitting this winter but we do like the houses in the other ones better. thanks so much

Could you darken our first names and tagline on 65, 66 and 67? And make these more media icon ready. Thanks for all your hard work!

I really like #78 and #79 They fit within the wording so well. The entire logo flows together almost like one piece. They are nice and compact so space is not an issue.

#80 | #81 - New social icons. These also have the benefit of being laid out both vertically (#80) and Horizontal (#81)

Also note that #79 is strategically designed to fit within the parameters of a social media icon. I used #82 as an example. Its the same logo, but it fits within a box. You would not actually have a box around the logo, but it is very helpful that it is designed to fit within one.

Also a design like #79 (or any of the icons) fit great on a sign and utilize the largest space for further visibility. A square logo fills up and down and both sides of a sign.

Can we see 77,78, and 79 as more of a coppery/bronzy color and not so yellowish/goldish not to be confused with Century 21 colors, we like all three of these

Just uploaded the color changes. I am traveling today, so I am jumping online when I get a chance. Bear with me for the next couple of hours. The top ranked designer is allowed to make changes even after the contest ends, so feel free to forward additional feedback, and I will update when I get settled in.

Thanks for the great feedback. It is an integral part of the design process.

Can we see #88 with a reddish colored kind of like sunset colors...but we still like the little glimmer of light coming from the corner of the roof lines. Thought maybe some sunset colors would set it off?

Thanks again, and we hope you can still tweak with this in the top 5 positions!!!

Only the top ranked designer can make updates during judging mode.
You are permited to rotate the top rank to allow
multiple designers to make updates.

I am settled in and can work on it tonight if you need me too.
It just requires a rerank temporarily
