Its the same font, only different is here the text i have made darker to match the brighter color. Now, I have sent you two versions changing the text color. Please let me know if you need any variation on this.

I met with my business partners today and we're very close to where we want to be. I like this bright green, however, the all dark gray one (first version you submitted) still looks the best. I think it may be the font. Is the font in 301 the same as 101? They seem different. If they're different, can we see the font from 101 with the bright green icon?

We're nearly unanimous with choosing this logo as the winner. I love the all black but really feeling like we need a secondary color for the other design applications. Can we see this with a really bright green icon. I think this could look really cool as a secondary color.
