My business partner likes this one. I'm having trouble with it. Can we see this without the box?

I think the problem is that the bars are too many. I have submitted the icon with fewer bars and I think it looks better. The thought behind was that the home tasks are being accomplished and each bar show the progress if each task. I have also submitted fonts, layout and colors are requested.

My business partner really likes this concept. I think it still needs some work but could get there. Can we see this with a few variations? Different color schemes, fonts, icon location etc. Thanks!
