How would it look with the bears head and just the bottom part of this with the shoulders and angled down portion that ends beneath the mouth?

I think this version of the bear with the shoulders showing is the best one you have done yet and looks the most realistic especially with the angle from the Botton of the shield outline.

Love where you went with this! What about maybe showing some of the teeth on the left side so it's not so one sided? I think you are on to something though.

I don't think it looks great with the shoulders in there. We should stick to the face. How can make the face look a little more intense? I love the detail in the eyes and nose, but what if we opened the bears mouth? Almost like they were growling.

I think the shoulders need to be broader, meaning go out more horizontal. This to me looks like the body of a horse.
