I like this balance of image and text, good work on picking up the green slightly into the "e". Can I see perhaps a "slice" through the word cut, giving the word itself a longitudinal slightly offset look midway through the word. The central image (intersecting lines) isnt doing much for me, but I like the hexagon and shield.
