I think keeping the same font/size for the ai seems to work best.

FYI, it's between this design and one by another person.

This does look cool, but I prefer the simple flat coloring.

I think I like this coloring slightly better. It's a bit of a toss up.

Same as #135 but with a horizontal highltght over the whole word.

Yeah, definitely without the highlight over .AI would be better. I hate to say it, but just having the o (and ai) colored as in #63 might look better. Not sure, though. I know I suggested the coloring in this one. :)

Nice! I think maybe remove the squares near the O so that they aren't duplicated over the .AI. Might be interesting to have "know" in the same color as the O/AI as well. Also might want to see what happens if you make the bottom line under the O into a slight smile. It might ruin the effect, but seems worth a try.

I think the dual antennas makes this a bit reminiscent of the Android logo.

This one is really growing on me. I like the simplicity and cute-ness.

This is a cool design, but it's too evil terminator-style robot.

This one and #59 and #60 are interesting concepts. The main issue I have with them is that the robot looks angry.

This one and #63, #64, #65, and #69 are all excellent. Definitely at the top of the current submissions. I'm still trying to decide which of them I like best.

This one and #29 are good ideas. My suggestion would be to see if you could make it more of a robotic head than a human one.
