Like #38 - can you do in a lighter blue?
Also like the idea of #42, but concerned viewers may not quite see the "J" and think it is KB? Maybe if you can put a cross dash (like on a T) on top of the J to make it more obvious?
Also preferable for the "Accountants" to be the same size font as the "& Business Advisors" if possible as we don't want to emphasize one over the other.
