You should consider keeping me in the top 5 during the next 4 days of the contest so I can continue to submit some ideas. You'd be surprised how hard it is for an American designer to win US campaign logo contests. Most of us don't even bother with them anymore.
For #141 I took a hint from this years Ron Paul campaign and focused on EXTREMELY SUBTLE. I figure they probably figured out that typical election elements like flags, stars, congressional buildings, etc turn people off, since they are obviously campaign ads.
Going subtle gets people to focus more on the name it's self, which can never hurt for an independent.
