Comment Activity Angus commented on #179 Withdrawn Sure thing, will do that now. 3 years ago Angus commented on #182 Withdrawn No problem, let me work on that! 3 years ago Bloom! commented on #179 Withdrawn Could you try changing the yellow part of this. ...although I’m not sure what to suggest. 3 years ago Bloom! commented on #182 Withdrawn Also...not to be difficult, but could I please see what it would look like if you widen the petals at the outer parts. 3 years ago Bloom! commented on #182 Withdrawn I don’t care for this font. I do however like that it’s thick enough for easy reading. Also, getting a lot of feedback that the tag line is too light. Can we try some other serif ones for the KIS FLORALS part. I’m liking the flower. 3 years ago Angus commented on #184 Withdrawn And with this one I added an extra layer of petals, allowing for more colours. 3 years ago Angus commented on #121 Withdrawn Hi there! Just about to upload a few new iterations - trying the dot between kis, also trying different colours for the fonts, and also adding the darker colour in towards the centre. Look forward to your comments. Cheers Angus 3 years ago Bloom! commented on #121 Withdrawn I feel like the outer color needs repeated into the center (not necessarily the dot). And it doesn’t necessarily need to be the exact shade of the outer. So what I’m saying is if the outside petal color is hot pink, I want some of the inner color to be another version of pink...maybe the same color again but maybe not. I wonder it the petals themselves need to be larger so there can be more sections for more colors? 3 years ago Angus commented on #115 Withdrawn Like #133? Yeah sorry that white part that n the s shouldn’t be there, it’s a glitch :) 3 years ago Angus commented on #121 Withdrawn Hi there! I tired that earlier, did you see them? So something like #135? No problem at all on the other edits. Cheers Angus 3 years ago Bloom! commented on #116 Withdrawn I don’t like the font. Especially the “fl”. It almost looks like an A or H 3 years ago Bloom! commented on #115 Withdrawn I’m really liking this. Can you bring the purple color in toward the center somehow? Love the script, but I don’t like the parts where the “s” connect to the other letters....the white bit. I also would like to play with the idea of adding dots between the letters of kis. 3 years ago Bloom! commented on #121 Withdrawn I’m really liking this. Can you bring the darker color in toward the center somehow? Love the script, but the green is too soft and doesn’t stand out like I think it should. I also would like to play with the idea of adding dots between the letters of kis. 3 years ago Angus commented on #132 Withdrawn Just experimenting with reversing the order of the colours and using this font! 3 years ago Angus commented on #133 Withdrawn Just experimenting with reversing the order of the colours! 3 years ago Angus commented on #134 Withdrawn Just experimenting with reversing the order of the colours and using this font! 3 years ago Angus commented on #135 Withdrawn Just experimenting with reversing the order of the colours! 3 years ago Angus commented on #64 Withdrawn Hi there! You should hopefully be seeing some of the new entries using the new colours. Unfortunately, the 3rd link still says "link not found", but I've played with the other two. Look forward to your thoughts. 3 years ago Bloom! commented on #64 Withdrawn On the first pin, I love the whole top row and the first greens (not the yellow greens) Trying to send the third pin again. https://pin.it/14SMxE7 Font...I really am not sure. I think sans serif might be too plain since it’s on the second line. Surprise me? 3 years ago Angus commented on #64 Withdrawn Ok great thanks! For the first link/pin are there any particular favourites - there’s quite a few colours. Second pin no problem. Third pin’s link isn’t working, sorry? And sure thing RE the font. Are there particular styles you like ie hand drawn, sans serif, serif? 3 years ago Bloom! commented on #64 Withdrawn Something simple and circular for the center. Also, can we play around a bit with font on the “kis florals” part. https://pin.it/7i6fs8w https://pin.it/4EQJH19 https://pin.it/2bbAPBb 3 years ago Angus commented on #64 Withdrawn Hi there! Great stuff and yep, we can definitely add a centre element - do you have a preference ie something simple and circular maybe? That would be great on the colour palette front. If it’s a link just share it but if it’s images you can upload images to the brief itself, which all designers can see. Otherwise just let me know the colours themselves and I’ll work something up. Cheers Angus 3 years ago Bloom! commented on #64 Withdrawn I like the leaves. I like the petals. A center to the flower would be good I think. And something about the color palette I don’t like but I can’t figure it out. Would it help to share some color palettes with you? Not sure how to do that though. 3 years ago Angus commented on #64 Withdrawn Seeing what it looks like adding a few smaller leaves and trying this font. 3 years ago Angus commented on #61 Withdrawn Hi there! Here's one new iteration - petals turned around, leaves added and a new colour. Look forward to your thoughts. Cheers Angus 3 years ago Bloom! commented on #16 Withdrawn This is cute. Can you turn the petals so that the pointy end is in the center. I would like different color than the orange/yellow and maybe a couple green leaves on either side? 3 years ago Bloom! commented on #50 Withdrawn Do you have any other ideas for the flower graphic? I'm not in love with this one. I think I would also prefer a different color scheme. 3 years ago Angus commented on #51 Withdrawn Another iteration, trying a solid fill. 3 years ago Angus commented on #50 Withdrawn Experimenting with a simplified version, using smooth lines, which should make it easier to embroider. 3 years ago Angus commented on #20 Withdrawn Hi there! Thanks for all the feedback, always appreciated. Let me see what I can do :) Cheers Angus 3 years ago Bloom! commented on #17 Withdrawn Not a fan of the font and this looks very Christmas-y to me 3 years ago Bloom! commented on #19 Withdrawn Cute. Not in love with the flowers. Flowers typically only have odd number of petals, so this looks more like a star to me. 3 years ago Bloom! commented on #20 Withdrawn Thank you for your designs! I like this but I want something that will be able to be embroidered on a shirt or apron and I think the flower (which is lovely) would not work. I like that you kept the font all the same as I do find that KIS looks a bit off In all caps vs the word Florals not being all caps or just matching. I’m not sure that makes sense but I like what you did. Let’s work on the flower part. 3 years ago Angus commented on #20 Withdrawn Hi there, Welcome back to Logotournament - I hope this finds you well and having a good week so far? Here are some of my concepts. I've created concepts that are simple, yet striking and unique! The logos are 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed. It would be my pleasure to work up any variations so please do say. I look forward to your comments or thoughts. Regards, Angus 3 years ago
