Kind of like #76 and I think the similar one which was #85, but the "Kirkwood Management Inc." is too overtaking / too large and bold. the graphic "KMI" is cool.

Like the idea but too much orange lettering, maybe split with first part, "KIRK" in orange and "WOOD" in black or dark grey? don't know, just an idea.
