there is still time for a few more iterations. 1) make the Kings Valley words straight and keep at the top, then 2) try the words in the middle of the logo, separating the crown above from the grapes below, and set the words off with some parallel lines or something

the proportions are getting there. try some different fonts. maybe not all caps. try straightening the Kings Valley words - no curve

I would go even a little larger with the crown. Make it the focal point of the design. 50% larger if everything else stays the same size

try making the fleur de lis on the sides a little smaller so that the crown stands out more
