I can assure you that if this image had any trademark problems designers from this site would find it. They are my competition so this is in their best interest. There are two major reverse image sites where you can do this check yourself: Google Images and Yandex Images. You drop image there and they look for similar illustrations.
As for the final files formats you will receive both raster files and vector files for high resolution billboard size prints. With raster files you will be able to use simplest photo editors like Windows Paint to paste logo on any background (png with transprent background gives you this opportunity)

Can I please get this on a white back ground again. I’m going to go away from the red for a start.

What platforms do I receive it on? Is there a free program that I can do slight changes later on?

Is there a way to check this image is clear from copyright from any other company’s? I have just showed a friend who has said it’s a similar idea to a gym logo here in Australia and I wanted to make sure it has enough points of difference

I've made everything centered. Please note that this is not a mirror like symmetry. There are still subtle differences left that make image more natural.

This is great mate!! We are very very close. Can you please just make the the top of hair not so high, it looks a little Mohawk like which I don’t like.

And he’s a little off centre. Fix those 2 things and I will finalise

I like the weights bigger like they were please. And can you make the “KING KONG” writing bigger please.
And make his hair at the top not as high.

Here he has wider grip and barbells are small which makes him to look even bigger.

This is the first one. I can try to make him hold barbells wider. I will provide it shortly.

This is a puzzle I will try to explain: To make King Kong big I have to make barbells small. And If barbells are small and King Kong is wide, barbells have to have very long and disproportionate bar. Besides, when barbells are small it doesn't seem to be a big challenge to lift them. I will provide example soon.

Can his hands go a little wider on the bar because he looks a little cramped up.
And can the King Kong be a bit bigger again and the strength a little smaller so the KING KONG really stands out please

I really like the KING KONG like that.
I really like the eyes. But can we go back to his arms and body like the one that is ranked first, but just have a bit less bend in the bar so it can come up into his hands

Yes we can see each other entries but eweryone of us has different style so you can have a choice. I've made new, more ape like head. I still use only black and white, Please let me know if you prefer more color/shading.

Thanks again. I'm fine tuning it. With black outline it looks more life line. I removed fragments with fur before but I can brought them back if you prefer. Please let me know what you think. Now it's closer to midnight here but tomorrow morning I will be available again.
