This on seems a bit too industrial, I like the concept of the logo, maybe we can try to develop it a little, maybe different font, lighter colors?

Could we do more with the K to give the impression of growth, or movement? I like the use of colors in this one as well.

I like the use of the colors. I’d like to see more of a logo, something that could stand alone, and maybe the color dots could... thinking through multiple uses of each version.
