This looks as a very intersting design. I'm thinking about using more vivid colors for this design.

Hi Carol,
And thanks for your feedback. Creating my logo is nog my every day's work, so it's difficult for me.When I look at all the entry's the question surfaced in my head if the logo should tell more about what we do... Safe filtered internet and educational computergames all put together in one nicely designed piece of furniture. Só I'm doubting if there has to be something of a reference to a computer, or internet safety or something likt that. What's your view on that?

Thanks Marco

There are different philosophies about logos and if they should be specific or not. Sometimes it is best if they are not because it doesn't limit your future ventures. If this is going to be educational & entertainment products for young children... then that is a better focus than 'computers and games' - suppose you do your next product as a 'book' format rather than a furniture format... the logo should still work. With my design you can separate the word and the children for some applications and use the children alone or the words alone in literature or as a decal on the product itself. I usually prefer simple options...
The children in my design are inspired by illustrations from my employee who does very cute kids!
But the combination with a distinctive font that can be done in color or in black and white is what will make it distinctively yours....
By the way I come from the early video game industry - I was marketing manager at Atari coin op games in the 70's!
I hope this gives you good guidelines...
not sure if I can add a link on a post but there is an article on good logos on my website that might help you.

Good luck in choosing.
