Also, what if "Kids" was in blue, "Play" was in green, and then "ACADEMY" was in a contrasting color like orange?

The color in this logo appeal, but the house logo needs to be something more studious like a book, grad cap, apple, pencil, etc. I hadn't thought much about using all caps and all black letters for the text, but it has some appeal and looks very balanced and classy.
