I thought I'd give it one more try. I created a simpler bee that seems to break loose from the words and fly up. :)

Hm, don't like that so much, neither the other. How about going back your original bee, taking out the facial features to make it more neutral and remove the curls from the antennas?

Also, we discussed - the coaching does not need to be in the logo, so lets leave the words the way they are :)

feedback from my friends say it needs to be a little less chicky and cartoonish to speak more to the corporate world. I really like the happy bee, but can you do a bit more of a conservative one that speaks to the male crowd as well.

I appreciate the other options, but they look more for a children's book now, so let's go back to the first layout, which I really like. I will ask some of my friends today about the Break Loose and Fly - Coaching the Bumblebee way option or dropping the work coaching at all. Will be back to you later. Thanks for your work so far.

You are right, it's a bit small now. I really need to think about that a bit. It comes down to what I want my final business name to be: Either Break Loose and Fly - Coaching the Bumblebee way or Break Loose and Fly Coaching ... the Bumblebee way. Since you are neutral - what sounds better to you???

hm... not sure if I like it broken up like that (the Break Loose and Fly Coaching part). Any other way you can try?

I like the first green better as it's more natural. Is there a way you can just darken it? This one works, but it's not my favorite

Here is the darker green version. :)

This design can be used as a simpler, 2 color option of the main logo. (Either with the bee this size or the size of the original design, which is bigger) This also works very well in monochrome.

my husband just gave me an idea. Can you create two more logos out of it - One saying Break Loose and Fly Coaching...the Bumblebee way and one Break Loose and Fly - Coaching the Bumblebee way
