Yeah, it might take some imagination lol. The grass didn't do us any favors. Will get back to you on the layouts, it's so hard to pick! Do we need an extension? We're in no rush on our end, totally up to you
The feet on this one were very hard to see. Hopefully when you both narrow down the preferred ones to work on that will help. Which layouts are your favorites?
Or this one, how are those feet going to look if the design is larger? Might not be quite as noticeable if it's small, but if the design is enlarged for the back of a jacket, or if it's printed in a magazine..
I think adding the Lancaster, MN and Since 1975 was a nice touch! Trying to envision if it will be large enough to read if used on the front of a jacket or a hat?
I can try it but since the shaping is shadows it will look like a negative.
Thought the white or other light color would look great if silk screened on darker background
I really like the vintage feel of this and it gives that heritage to your business. Not a fly by night operation but one that really knows this business and can be trusted. I'm sure you'll elevate your look to be on par with what you do.
Thank you! Yes. We you have anything digitized into embroidery in all depends on quality and how many stitch count you do. If you just did a silhouette it would still have to be filled in with a lot of stitches, so this would actually require less. Embroidery it's a exact replica but the imperfections wouldn't be noticeable in this look. I had done a surf and skate line before and perfectly clean design with 7 colors. A very complex job but the main reason it looked nice is the digitizer used enough stitches to make it look nice, much more then you'll need for this.
This is really cool. The bull looks great and I like the fonts. Must've read my mind too because I was asking dad earlier whether he wanted Lancaster, MN on there or not. Dad really likes this one, too. Can you try lay it out without the circle, and just the bull and Kent Limousin?
Most of the submissions have the bull looking really cartoon-ish and that's not what we're after. I'll keep working on this on my end too, we'll get it figured out. Thanks again!
Thank you. I think I can still make a nice line drawing out of it so don't worry about finding it. Just hope to get it drawn before it comes out of blind phase.
Hope you enjoy your Sunday too!

Ugh I wish so too!! I haven't been able to find the original to save my life. I looked at the website a bit ago and it is a little clearer on there.. Not a huge help but maybe some. Thank you again, really can't thank you enough, enjoy your afternoon!
I can try drawing the bull that way. I may not be able to do that today, we are going to head out for a little while. Wish the photos a little easier to see details to pull out into brush strokes.
Would there be a way to just use the bull and not the background? What about not using the actual photo of the bull, but like a brushstroke outline of him, similar to the font? Am I making any sense, or making your job way more difficult?
I really like this one, too! I'm going to get my dad's feedback on these, and I am going to try to sketch out another idea I've had later this afternoon. Thanks again for all of your work! Oh and I didn't realize it was blind and you can't see other submissions. Can you see how things are ranked? If so, I don't exactly have anything ranked.. more like yes/no as of right now
I can make a simpler version of the bull for embroidery or could use just the typography portion. I was able to raise the resolution enough to make a cool etching of it
Oh my goodness these are so cool! I love this!! My only concern is for the sake of putting this on jackets, etc., trying to use the photo as it is (being so low resolution), I'm not sure what the quality will be like when it's enlarged. What else could we do with that bull to make it work? Sorry it's taken me so long to respond, I was tied up all day yesterday, and I'm not sure if I responded to you about having a better version of that photo, I can't find it.. maybe the one on our website is a little better? My Mom's grand champion was in 1958 and the next year Black Taffy was reserve champion. Any guidance on what you'd like is greatly appreciated.
Take care

Thank you so much Danika. It is a small world. I'll work on this till it is a perfect fit for you. I also did CF Luna for Ben and another CF for a friend of Ben's that opened his own. You don't happen to have a better pic of the red bull. Let me know anything you'd like to see done with the design. Thanks again

Great stuff! We actually have a bull named Black Gold right now and my mom has always been the center of it all. Thank you for your submission! I know the other upload i have of the red bull is very poor resolution, but is there any chance you can do something with it? Even if it's just a simple outline with a few simple lines and curves. I look forward to seeing what else you come up with, I love your work! Funny story, your logo for Crossfit White Rock, that was the first Crossfit gym I ever sent to. Small world :-)
My first name is your last name. I can make all the modifications or variations you might want to see. We my Mom was young she raised black angus and she won the 4-H fair that year with "Black Gold"
Thank you for this opportunity
