here is my first design. I read about you on your site...and i was inspired by your work; you described turning dreams into reality...this is what my design symbolizes. The "o" is a representation of a dream...and your name is inside the dream to turn it into reality. This one is on the creative side...i can tone it down and bring you something totally different...so please respond with feedback on likes/dislikes of my design. thank you.

i see you didn't car for #111, i'm trying to understand why aside from not wanting shiny color and motivator. Was wondering if i should have used different colors and font...well, i did in this desing. Is this the right direction?

i'm trying to stay away from red...because that's not very motivating as RED means STOP
