Okay, I was hoping to get more files than just two. I'd like PSD, PNG, and any other usual deliverables you would usually do. As well as the icon in Green, Black, White, and Grey and a version of the just the typeface in small, medium and hi-res PNG files. Is that possible?

I was thinking little horizontal lines at the beginning and end of the word ventures not on top. The line would be half way down the letter before the V and half way down the letter after the S.

I can do that, my personal opinion: we have a really cool, powerful, eye-catching and strong icon. we do not have to put a lot of stuff under the icon. and I like this font the best just my opinion. maybe the 5th placed font?

I like it, the eyes still seem a little mean, I don't necessarily agree with my partner, but she wanted to see what it would look like more feathers that were thinner. so if you could do a version like that that would be amazing.

I like this but I think the face needs to be more simple, I'd like you to make the horns smaller i.e. see what happens if you keep the slanted part and get rid of the vertical parts. Also, I think the eyes look a little mean, can you make them more approachable?
