I've had a "relationship" with butterflies for many years. Besides them being my favorite photographic subject, they symbolize, to me, transformation (the caterpillar to the cacoon to the beautiful butterfly), and that is essentially what my job as a counselor is.
Plus, in this particular image, you'll also notice that there's an image within the image: Two people facing each other (we call that a gestalt). Most of the work I do is relationship based.
Lastly, you also notice that there is a semicolon (;). This is the symbol for suicide and mental health awareness, which is also at the core pf what I do.
Obviously you can't use this image, as I copied from a website, but I would like to very much consider this, along with my name, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and the tagline of Prepare | Adapt | Transform | Repeat.
