I think this one is the your Logo! I love it and is more professional.
If you are talking with your people about professional Logo, you can not incorporate a draw hand. Just my thoughts.

Just saw this one! Hmmm... I wonder if the key can be placed where the "I" is in Concierge?

I do like this one! The other design was my favorite, but all the feedback I received was that it wasn't professional enough. I do like this! Can you make the key more noticeable? I do like it hanging off the "your". Not sure if making the "Your" and the key bigger would take away?

This is really cute! Ha! But I may look like a hooker instead of a Real Estate professional unfortunately! Ha! I Can you remove the "Keller Williams & Laurie Neihart, concentrate more on the slogan, and maybe lift the lid with a house on the platter and maybe incorporate a key as well? I love the colors!
