hi... here my concept based in a modern approach to your logo... the symbol is made of two parts, bellow the "earth" part with earth colors that symbolize the earthenware and above the "green" part symbolized with a leaf... making a perfect circle... easy to represent and to use in other elements like embroidery or to engrave in your work....
