On the contest brief, you have instructed us to use the swoosh motif that's found on your website and newsletter. You've even uploaded the image. If this looks too familiar, then I'm only following the brief. You might want to consider updating the brief to get different designs.
I should remind you that all the designs uploaded to your contest are submitted by designers who are providing a free service to you on the chance that we might get selected as winner. Only then do we get paid for our work. Feedback such as this is really unhelpful in getting more designers interested in your contest or getting designers who have submitted work to submit variations.
If your brief directs a community of designers to "incorporate" something, they will do just that. Your contest is a case in point. If on the other hand you want us to use something as "inspiration", then that's what you need to say.
