I may go with "Keeper" of the Cross, instead of keepers - and I have comments I'd like to discuss with you to revise. Talk soon. Thanks. GREAT WORK! jon 5 years ago skaradsheh commented on #59 sure we can try, I really try to stay away from the detailed logos and keep it simple, but the idea of stone also give the strength and a solid church that jesus was talking about 5 years ago crowsrun commented on #59 My feedback from family and friends is for another. I think, maybe they don't like the cross being so rigid. Not sure if there is time to try something that feels a bit more like rough hewn stone - and maybe soften the colors. When I took a pic of it with my phone, it actually casts some shadows across the entire logo, and gave it some depth. It seems a bit nicer. 5 years ago skaradsheh commented on #18 wheat and hands together 5 years ago skaradsheh commented on #18 also the wheat have shapes of hands which reflect the keepers too :) 5 years ago crowsrun commented on #18 Nicely done. One of the several reasons I liked this treatment is because the cross appear to be surrounded by wheat. In the Roman Catholic tradition worshippers accept the bread as the body of Christ, while for many Protestants, Holy Communion is a symbolic commemoration of the Last Supper. Wheat is also a sign of God's bounty and of the harvest. It represents the word of God that grows on fertile soil. SO, can you consider an option where the wheat is golden-ish color - not as gold as you have the cross but more amber, I guess. Many of the crosses I will be making are historical in nature, so "rustic" is good. Thanks very much. 5 years ago
