Please change the font style for Beautiful to be less exotic.

Could you provide us with a full-color version, 2 color version, and a one-color version? single shade. Also, change or remove the building, McAllen does not have that type of buildings. Lastly, we like the bird, could you provide us with a design utilizing a green jay as the bird. City of McAllen bird is the Green Jay.
