The revision already upload. The lines in red.
The loop around the KEDC, I can't, it's not allowed by the rules. It's already made by another designer in blind phase. May it's can help.
But I will try with another way, another style, another design.

a horizontal line above and below in contrasting color to a stars and stripes feel. The line can swoop around the KEDC at the end to emphasize it.

Can you see the other finalists? If so, could you add a line above and below and something in the line to separate off the KEDC. Also can the KEDC and Success . . . be a tad larger?

#140, #143 - the star lifted and little bigger to make look like a dot on the I.

#141, #142 - I made the book/education symbol little more smaller, to make the whole logo look more proper. Just an options.

Can we try it a few other ways - 1) leave the wording as is on this original but add one red star over the spire. 2) just like this original with the stars as in the others and lastly 3) Just like this original but with the A, S, P, R, and E in red.
