Hi there. This is my take on your logo. The symbol in #125 is not only an abstract rooftop, but also doubles as a K and a C.

Hi,

I like the concept and you're headed in the right direction but it may be too simple. So many real estate logos in our market are simply a name of the company with a roof line or house pasted on top. I'm trying for something that will set it apart from the rest of the market which is most important but need not necessarily contain elements of a house or building. I like the fact that you made the roof line abstract and still incorporated KC into it.

Thanks a lot for your prompt feedback. I actually withdrew my design because I realized it was too similar to an entry by another designer and I don't want to step on anyone's toes.
