I really like the key concept I'm only worried that it may not be distinctive enough. Quick example; The first broker I worked for placed a dog on her signs and years later people would still remember working with the "company" that had the golden retriever on the sign. Not really looking for a mascot but hopefully we can make a logo easily differentiated from other brokers.
Hi Jeff, I understand 100% I normally do not enter real estate contest because I prefer not to do roof lines doors windows etc. These elements though are industry relevant it's just to common place,
Thanks, Jeff it was not easy to come up with something that has not been done and keep it readable and bold. I am a wee bi concern about your post on the main contest page. Please see my comment.
thank you for clearing up the post. I am dyslexic and I did read it the wrong way, which is why I usually write in very short sentences. Sometime it can come off as rude to those not in the know.
Yes I do. I believe that is gives the logo better proportion and balance. I think the only thing we need to be cautious of is ensuring that the lower portion of the logo is still easily readable but I definitely like this direction. BTW I didn't place this in the ranked column because it was something I was going to work with you on in the second phase of the process.
I coming down to the final days for the judging and wanted you to have the opportunity to submit additional ideas or edits for your original. I really like this logo and I'm not sure what can be done to improve it but thought you might have some ideas you may want to try.
I was not expecting this thank you, let me think on this for about 20 minutes I want to try something out. I am not dead set against using housing elements in real estate logos I prefer not to use them but I do understand why sometimes it's required.
