Yes, you could have all the color variations on the final files. I do prefer the lowercase k and the blue k as a symbol. 2. Yes, I take 10 percent less blue than the first blue. It was 70% Cyan (Blue) before, and the this last entry is 60%. 3. Dance center is white on my recent entries. You're right, in the final files later, you'll see a high resolution version and see the it clearly. 4. Well, I agree with you. I like this entry #174 best. 5. Yes, you'll get all those file formats. Soon (a few minutes) after you complete the contest. Thank you! 7 years ago Karynkellydance commented on #174 Hi! I wanted to let you know that I've picked you for the winning designer. I do have some questions to ask though. 1. I like ALL the designs with the lower case karynkelly. I like BOTH the blue AND white swirly K on top that you made a bit smaller. I also like the design with the grey on the white background. My question is, will I be able to get all the files for the different colors of the same design. I'm having a hard time picking the one I like best . Half the people like the big white k because they say it pops and half the people like the blue k because they say it flows nicely into the blue Karyn. No one likes the capital K's so you were right not to use capital. What is your preference as the designer? 2. I know I asked if you could should be a brighter blue but now I'm not sure . Is there a difference in color between the blues in 167 & 172? What do you prefer ? 3. It's hard to really see the colors on my computer and I can't see if any of these are grey for the DANCE CENTER or if some are white? 4. Bottom line is . Thank you for this design. I really like it . Since you do this a lot and design brands for people, please pick the very best one in your opinion out of the one with the slightly smaller k on top. 5. Will I be able to get this in PDF. File plus a transparent.png How soon would I be able to get these files downloaded as I'm having my new website done and would like to use this design. Thank you very much for your time talents and efforts! Sue 7 years ago sunardi commented on #154 Withdrawn You're quite welcome. Well, the swirl K is now slightly smaller. You could compare the leg of the K is now move slightly forward and the left align are inline with the "k" of karyn. I have upload the variations of the white background. And the recent 3 updates are using lighter blue (turquoise). I manage the blue to be lighter (pop) on black background, but also keep it still legible and not muted on white background without changing the color. Thank you! 7 years ago Karynkellydance commented on #166 Withdrawn Oh geez! I didn't even realize you sent this one . I apologize . Thanks so much! 7 years ago Karynkellydance commented on #154 Withdrawn Thank you so much for working with me! And your opinions. I appreciate you showing me different versions of that particular design. I agree with what you said about the upper and lower case. I'm not sure if I could tell if you made the swirly K slightly smaller or not? I agree that black always makes colors pop but if you wouldn't kindly reverse the colors to show me a white background just for some print or tee shirt down the road where I may want a lighter feel for that design. I believe your right about the grey . It's a very clean Sharp design. I'd like to show my staff and get their opinions on any of the subtle changes you've made , Thanks again! Opposite! 7 years ago sunardi commented on #154 Withdrawn And about picking the winner. You have to choose 3 different designers on the Top 3 ranking, so you can complete the contest. Thank you! 7 years ago sunardi commented on #154 Withdrawn Hi Karyn, Thank you for your specific feedback. 1. I have edited the "K" to be smaller and aligned with the text. 2. I don't think All Capital would be nice for the main title, so I made the "TitleCase" version of it on my latest revision. 3. I've made this white background version. I think grey is the best choice rather than dark black to be the counter balance with the light blue (turquoise). 4. I have made this version. 5. Well, a dancer is appealing at a glance look, but for a long term brand image, abstract mark or letter mark last longer or perhaps forever, it won't be outdated too fast like a picture. And about the typeface, I personally think lowercase is the perfect choice, considering the contrast of the words already made from the bold and thin style of the wording. This contrast as your suggestion is a great layout representing subtle, elegant and timeless design in my opinion. Thank you. 7 years ago Karynkellydance commented on #154 Withdrawn Yes . I also am new to how this works with picking a winner . If you could briefly explain that helps a lot. 7 years ago Karynkellydance commented on #154 Withdrawn Hi! Thank you so much! I am leaning towards this design as I think it's fresh . I've had my logo dancer forever and although it's nice I'm thinking we need a change . I like your work and feel like this design could be an exciting change. I would just like to see a few more options with it. 1. Could I see what it looks like with a little bit smaller K on top. Half my staff likes it and the other half aren't sure about it. Perhaps if it was just a hair smaller. 2. Could I see what it looks like reversing the capital letters and the lower case ? 3. Can I see what this image looks like on a white background in case we put it on a white Tee shirts 4. Could I see the grey in the d sign be white instead for a little more pop? Sometimes I need to see different ways of doing it for the best choice in designs. Maybe try the big K in white? 5. As a designer do you think I need some kind of a representation of a dancer in my design or do you think the swirly K works in its place? Also do you personally like the boldness of Karyn and fine font in Kelly.? I know this is something I asked for but I wanted your opinion as a designer. Thank you for your efforts, opinions and talents. 7 years ago sunardi commented on #154 Withdrawn Dear Karyn, if you have any specific suggestion about the layout or the design elements adjustment, feel free to ask. Or perhaps you have any questions about how the process of the contest, please ask. Thank you! 7 years ago sunardi commented on #149 Withdrawn Thank you for your suggestion. Well, it meant to be a butterfly, but I think it wasn't end up right as expected. Please find my latest concept, based on your suggestions. Thank you! 7 years ago Karynkellydance commented on #149 Withdrawn Thank you for wringing the name like I asked . I like that but can you please try the K smaller on top with a wisp across the top and a dot at the end like you did in that one design you created for that photographer . I think I'd really like that . This K may be too much for me . Also can you make the gray white and Center the words Dance Center and make the font just a bit bigger. I'd like to see just a few variations of what this logo could look like . I like the way Karyn kelly is written a lot but there's just something that not quite working yet. Thanks so much for your efforts! 7 years ago Karynkellydance commented on #144 Withdrawn Thank you so much . It's not that I don't like this . It's just that the dancer should be thinner and maybe her blue arm up higher and blue leg with a pointed foot or even straighter leg to resemble the K more . The other thing is is that I'm deciding between two different looks . I also like the look of simple and fresh but just one cool thing to make the design look memorable . Like that one design you did with the red M and the dot at the end of the swish. I could picture that same thing with a K extending the bottom line . I could be wrong . But it would be great if I could see . Thank you . 7 years ago Karynkellydance commented on #145 Withdrawn We decided this dancer doesn't work for us mainly because it doesn't look sleek. She's too full. 7 years ago Karynkellydance commented on #147 Withdrawn I'm sorry but I don't prefer this style font. Thank you for your efforts. 7 years ago Karynkellydance commented on #146 Withdrawn Thank you so much . Would you be able to try a logo similar to one you did for Michelle Regner Photography . I keep going back and forth whether or not I want a dancer image or cursive . I'm Not certain if that's out of styke and fresh and updated enough . I like what you did but I also think it could be similar in writing to what I had years ago. Maybe I need something fresh & new . I was also thinking maybe taking KarynKelly right next to each other but making the Karyn a bit bolder (darker) and a bit thicker and kelly a bit thinner (lighter) underneath put Dance Center with a line on each side . With maybe a cool K like you did the M for that photographer Michelle Regner? 7 years ago sunardi commented on #146 Withdrawn Revisions on the first "K" to get more balance with the second word. And smaller image. 7 years ago sunardi commented on #144 Withdrawn Thank you for rank me on the TOP5. Now I can explore some more alternatives of the logo in this finalist phase. Thank you. Well, I'm not quite sure if changing the full name with different font, as this hand writing is the unique idea in my opinion that I created from my own hand sketch. And the dancer pose is created to form the "K" letter too. But, I'll try some more variations for your considerations. Thanks. 7 years ago Karynkellydance commented on #144 Withdrawn I'm new to this so I'm not 100% sure how this all works . 7 years ago sunardi commented on #144 Withdrawn Thank you for your suggestions. Well, I hope I have a chance on the next round (finalist phase) to explore some more variations. Thanks. 7 years ago Karynkellydance commented on #144 Withdrawn Thank you so much . I keep looking at it and I like that it's not a solid filled in dancer . I'm just not sure if I love the position of the legs or the dancer . Maybe just a bit smaller . I do think it is very nice but I looked at your other work and it's very good . I was wondering if you would mind showing me something like you did for some other logos where you would put the initials of the company over the name ? So for my logo can you try putting to k's over the full name ? Maybe use a different font for the full name ? 7 years ago sunardi commented on #143 Withdrawn Thank you for your prompt feedback. Please find my latest update. I hope I made the image on the right direction. Thanks. 7 years ago Karynkellydance commented on #143 Withdrawn Hi ! This is nice . I'm interested to see if you can add in an interesting contemporary dancer that may be leaping or kicking . The dancer can be "airy" and not solid and filled in. Nothing withers the head is a little circle . I've seen those and it reminds me of Chinese or Japanese. Symbols. Thank you so much . 7 years ago
